The form of the order is displayed in this step. It contains empty and pre-filled in fields; all empty fields must be filled in before sending the order. If the supply address for the data delivery differs from the applicants’ address, respective possibility must be chosen and requested information must be entered in the new displayed fields. The same procedure is supposed if the contract owner differs from the applicant. The button "Prepare the order to sending" causes saving of filled in values into the system and the order without possibility of changes is displayed.
